Benen Industries warrants to the original purchaser that the products manufactured and or distributed by Benen Industries will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal reasonable use for one year from date of original purchase. Benen Industries’ obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair, or, in Benen Industries’ opinion, replacement without charge except for the transportation and installation of any product in which in Benen Industries’ opinion is defective in material or workmanship. This warranty shall not apply to one or more of the following conditions:
- Any fault, breakdown or non-success caused by damage while in transit, off-road use, and competitive events or by mistreatment, misapplication, mishap or neglect.
- Products that have been altered, repaired or chrome plated by anyone other that Benen Industries.
- Products that have not been installed in accordance with Benen Industries specific instructions.
- Products that have been installed with anything other than Benen Industries approved hardware.
- Corrosion or cosmetic flaws occurring after purchase due to corrosive cleaning agents, chemicals, climate conditions, neglect, or lack of proper cleaning.
- Damage caused by incorrect installation or improper mounting techniques.
The Benen Industries warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty given with respect to the merchandise and is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary form state to state. Not all products are available for all vehicles and specifications are subject to change without notice. Benen Industries makes no representation of legality for its products for on road use. Some products manufactured by Benen Industries may not be legal for use on U.S. highways or public streets. Call your local law enforcement agency for details regarding on road use and or vehicle codes. Some of the products that Benen Industries designs, creates, distributes and or manufactures are intended solely for car shows or race vehicles and may not be used on the street. Benen Industries is not responsible for typographical errors. Consult a Benen Industries representative for details on applications and or general product information.
Benen Industries products are sold through authorized distributors/dealers. The original manufacturer’s warranty applies only to products purchased from Benen Industries and it’s authorized distributors/dealers and sold directly to the end customer. Products purchased from a non-authorized distributor/ dealer may not be genuine and are not covered by any manufacturer or Benen Industries warranty. Warranties are valid only when merchandise is returned the original authorized distributor/dealer from whom it was purchased, freight prepaid, together with proof of purchase.
